SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Not Just Bras, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (Australia): $10 flat rate
Express Shipping (Australia): $18 flat rate
International Shipping: $25 flat rate
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, so you’ll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Dispatch Times
Express orders are dispatched same business day when placed before our cut-off time (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Standard orders are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Post
Tasmania: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express Post
Tasmania: 1–2 business days
Interstate: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to Australia Post delays.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We know that finding the right fit can sometimes take a little trial and error — and we’re here to help.
If your item doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund on full-priced items returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags still attached
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of the item being received back in store
For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, shapewear, intimate apparel, swimwear, or wigs.
This includes (but is not limited to) briefs, thongs, G-strings, bodysuits, shaping garments, and similar items.
Returns and refunds are only available on full-priced items. This excludes any sale or clearance items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need a different size, we’re more than happy to help with an exchange on full-priced items.
